Srinivas is a chartered accountant. Before founding the firm he worked at Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and BMR Advisors, which is now part of Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
He was a Partner at Prasad & Prasad, Chartered Accountants, where he ran the international taxation, transfer pricing and regulatory practice.
He has argued matters at the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and at the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property in FEMA and PMLA cases, and has represented clients before the Reserve Bank of India and the Directorate of Enforcement.
